Cancellation Policy
At Lashes and Body Waxing by Gloria, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling for all clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Appointments booked same-day are subject to the same policy.
